Women Celebrate Women 2024
Entry Guidelines:

Open to all New York women visual artists. Eligible artworks include painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, collage, photography, fiber arts, book arts, and sculpture in any medium. Original art only.

Only artwork selected by jury will be exhibited.

Artist may offer their works for sale and keep 100% of the proceeds.

There is no entry fee, if selected there will be a hanging fee of $15.00 per piece, payable on the day you deliver your artwork. Maximum of four (4) submissions for consideration. Maximum of two (2) works will be selected for exhibition.

3D works may submit two (2) views of each work.

Size and Presentation of Artwork:
​
The width of artwork, including the frame, must not exceed 48 inches. The height must not exceed 60 inches. All artwork must be suitably framed, (or sides cleanly finished or painted), wired and ready for hanging. Artworks on paper must be framed under glass or plexiglass. Works on canvas must be stretched or framed. The exception is sculptural works and fiber arts.

In the body of your submission email include: Contact information: Name, website, social media links, and phone number.

A brief artist’s statement on how your artwork relates to our theme, Women Celebrate Women: All that we are, all that we have been and all that we aspire to become. (Max 150 words)

JPG images maximum size per image, 10MB, Title, Dimensions, Height X Width X Depth, Medium, Sale price or NFS

* Artworks submitted to the annual Women's Month exhibit will be carefully selected based on their alignment with WCW (Women Celebrate Women)'s intention to showcase a diverse array of art that embodies positive themes such as good vibes, positivity, hope, and victory. We encourage artists to submit pieces that not only celebrate the spirit of women but also contribute to an atmosphere of empowerment and inspiration.
